Your
dog is a very important member of the family. Just like everyone
else he deserves a special portrait to be remembered by.
We have been photographing dogs for over
thirty years, during this time we have won many awards for our pet
portraits. The skill involved in photographing dogs is an art that
can only be achieved through practice. Each dog has it’s own
unique personality and can demand a different approach to
accomplish the best results. Each breed is different, even a male
and female within the same variety can have totally diverse
personalities.
To create a good dog portrait requires
the skill to speculate what he may do next and the advanced
lighting techniques essential to bring out the texture of the
coat. Finally the perfect dog portrait often comes down to split
second timing, you either get the picture or you miss it. Due to
our years of experience we almost always get the picture.
At the session we allow up to forty
minutes. During this time we will take a variety of pictures for
you to choose from. You would then return to the studio a few days
later and choose your portraits on a screen. What you decide to
order is entirely up to you. There is no minimum or maximum to
what you should spend, there is no pressure for you to spend
either.
The session fee is £39 (payable at the
time of booking)
Finished desk
portraits start from £36.95 plus VAT.
Framed wall
portraits start from £189 plus VAT.
There’s a wide variety of wall and desk
sizes to choose from. We also make all of our own picture frames
on the premises and have a large selection of mouldings.
